We currently ship to selected international destinations and aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Orders placed on a Friday, over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

All international orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

Orders are shipped via JNE Express. Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped using a tracked international courier or postal service, which may include international postal services, e-Packet, EMS, DHL, FedEx or another suitable carrier depending on the destination.

Delivery is usually within 5–9 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and shipping service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures on arrival in the destination country, which can occasionally cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout by the local postal or courier service in your country. A signature may be required upon delivery.

To help ensure your order arrives safely and without unnecessary delays, please make sure your shipping details are complete and correct, including your full address and a contact telephone number. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available during business hours to receive the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the local postal or courier service will usually provide instructions for redelivery or collection.

KAFTAN cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or for packages that are not collected or received after delivery attempts have been made.

Currency, Taxes & Import Duties

KAFTAN Limited is a registered company in Hong Kong. Payments on our website are processed in either Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) or US Dollars (USD), as displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and other customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Any applicable duties or taxes may be collected by the local customs authority, postal service or courier before or upon delivery. Charges vary depending on the destination, order value and local regulations.
