Track Your Status
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order via the link provided in the email.
Customs and Delivery
When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can sometimes cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Your order will be delivered by the local postal or courier service in your country at the stated delivery address. Please note a signature is required upon delivery.
To ensure that your order gets to you safely and successfully please make sure you fill out your shipping details clearly and correctly, including a contact telephone number. Please note we can not deliver to PO Box addresses.
We suggest using an address where someone is present during business hours to sign for the package. If no one is available to receive the delivery then a “delivery attempt notice” will usually be left by your local postal or courier service.
KAFTAN will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit or experience failed delivery attempts for any reason.
