We hope that you love your order from KAFTAN but if for any reason you would like to return an item then we are happy to do so as long as you let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the shipment receipt date. Please provide your name, order number, copy of invoice, picture of garment and reason for return and whether you are seeking a refund or exchange. Our Customer Care team will reply within 48 hours with information to help you make the return.
Please note our Customer Care team is available to assist you should you have any questions on style, size or fit. To help you pick the right size we have included garment measurements for each style and a size guide. We recommend that customers refer to these when making an order to avoid unnecessary returns.
- All returns must be notified, accepted and approved by KAFTAN via email (notification by email must be within 7 days of delivery)
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all original packaging, labels and tags still attached
- Return shipments must be made using a traceable delivery service with tracking number
- We are not liable for items lost in transit
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund
- You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs and duties (both directions) when returning your item (except on faulty items)
- Faulty items can be returned and exchanged for the same item
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return
- It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we can not exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether
- In the event of an exchange you will be responsible for paying for the item to be shipped back to you
Refunding/Exchanging the purchase:
Once the return has been checked by our Customer Care team, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, we will refund/exchange you as quickly as possible.
- The refund will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment
- The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
- The time it takes to receive your refund depends on your credit card provider or the payment method
- If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher/discount code, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid, that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher/discount code will no longer be valid
- If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher/discount code and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.
