Returns Policy

We hope you love your order but if for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item then we are happy to do so as long as you let us know within 7 days of receipt.

Returns or exchanges are allowed on regular priced items. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased with a discount code can only be exchanged.

Please email us at hello@kaftan.co and provide your name, order number, copy of packing slip and reason for return/exchange and we will reply with information to help you make the return.

International customers (outside Indonesia) should note that returns/exchanges are subject to import duties and taxes on arrival in Indonesia. These duties and taxes are calculated by customs based on the declared value and are to be borne by the customer. We will deduct these costs from the amount that is refunded to you.

Return/Exchange conditions:

• All returns/exchanges must be notified, accepted and approved by KAFTAN 
• Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all original packaging, labels and tags still attached
• Return shipments must be made using a traceable delivery service with tracking number
• We are not liable for items lost in transit
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• You are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping costs when returning your item
• It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we can not exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether
• In the event of an exchange you will be responsible for paying for the item to be shipped back to you

Once we have received the return and checked it over, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Please note that refunds will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment in the same currency as the original purchase. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on your credit card provider or the payment method.

If you wish to try another style we can refund you by issuing online store credit so you can purchase the new item separately.
