Upon purchase you will be sent a Gift Card redemption code by email which can then be forwarded onto your friend or loved one.
If you need to check the balance on your Gift Card please send an email to customer@kaftan.co and we will reply with your latest balance.
Please note Gift Cards are exempt from discounts when purchased during sales.

We accept payment in either US $ or Hong Kong $. The website display currency can be changed at the top right menu. Please select and view the website in your preferred payment currency.
Shipping
FREE Shipping within Indonesia (1-7 business days).
For International orders: FREE Standard Shipping Worldwide (6-10 business days) or Express Shipping Worldwide (3-7 business days) for a flat rate .

Returns
